Lumbopelvic pain in pregnant women is common, due to the biomechanical and hormonal changes they undergo during pregnancy. These pains are a real headache and can be disabling, affecting daily activities such as walking, sitting and standing, and going up and down stairs. Treatment options for this pain are limited due to the patients' vulnerable situation, and there are currently no specific guidelines for this musculoskeletal condition.
