Winback.store loyalty program
To thank you for your loyalty, we reward you with every order, starting with your first purchase!
How does it work?
Every livre sterling spent in your winback.store earns you loyalty points (excluding promotions and clearance sales)*. You can then accumulate your loyalty points and transform them into vouchers**.
1 spent = 1 point
1 point = 0.10 cents in vouchers
Points are accumulated in your account, and can be used in full after your second order. They are valid for 365 days. The minimum basket value to redeem your voucher is £30 including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
For example: a validated order of £100 gives you 100 points, or a £10 voucher valid on your next order (i.e. a 10% discount).
*Excluding products already on promotion or destocking, or benefiting from a quantity discount.
**Vouchers can be combined with other current promotions.
Check your points :
To view your points balance, you must be logged in to your winback.store account.
- Click on "My account" in the top right-hand corner.
- Then click on "MY REWARDS ACCOUNT".
A summary of your orders and accumulated points is displayed.
Use your points :
Your points are valid for one year, and once converted, you have one year to redeem your voucher.
STEP 1 - In the "My rewards account" area of your account, click on "Transform my points into a discount voucher".
STEP 2 - : Clik on "SAVE"
STEP 3 - : A CODE* will be generated. *This code is valid only once for a single account. Once converted into a voucher, it is valid for 1 year.
STEP 4 - When summarizing your current order in your basket, you can then copy/paste the discount code into the "Promo code" field.
You can also add the code directly to your shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart" (see image above, STEP3).
STEP 5 - Click on the "OK" button. The discount will then appear in the details of your basket amount. Loyalty points could not be combined with other promotional codes.
Vouchers are not compatible with other ongoing promotions.
